On Arbor Day 2024, the Oregon Heritage Tree Committee dedicated the Moyer House Linden/Wisteria with Linn County Parks and Recreation and the Linn County Museum. This is Oregon’s 83rd Heritage Tree and tells the story of the Moyer family’s early settlement and entrepreneurship in the valley. The tree and vine have grown with the community to become a landmark in Brownsville. Watch the story below.
