Are you looking to contact a certain Rest Area?

Do you have an incident that requires a response that you would like to let rest area staff know about, or would like to give feedback about your experience at one of our TIC-managed rest areas? Our Opiniator system can help you do that. You will need the name of the rest area you visited and the location’s site code. A list of rest area names and thier site codes are linked above.

How to make a public records request.

Choose one of the following methods to request public records from TIC:

Submit your request using our submission form. You will receive a confirmation email that summarizes your request.
Email your request to contact.tic@tic.oregon.gov.
